Can't remove card i don't recognise

So, i've been using PayPal for about a year and have only ever had two debit cards on my account. 

Recently, a card has appeared on my account that i don't recognise and i can't remove it because of a "pending transaction" 

All of my payments have been cleared through my 2 debit cards so i don't know what transaction could be pending.

Not sure what to do in this situation, and i'm not sure how this card ended up on my account.
