Good Morning,
Can't pay with may Account, it has been limited
Just because i connected to my account in French network, it has limited my account. Now I cant remove this limitation.
And to remove it, it ask my personal documents !!!! Why cant I solve this with my Mobile Phone that are registered in the Pay Pal Account?
