I've used Paypal for nearly ten years without any opencase and I can say I feel happy with it. But 2 months ago, my account suddently is limited with many required documents.
After submit these documents, nothing happens, my account is still limited. I can not send money. I have to call paypal , they said I missed some documents that I already submited. And after my call, my account event can not receive payment ? What the **bleep** is that? Now they want me the proof of address from the goverment? Although my credit card and bank account have same address with my business address.
I dont understand what happen with paypal.
So I thinking to closed my paypal account, will they refund my money back to my bank account? Thank you
