I've had a Paypal account in a business trading name linked to my personal bank account (which obviously my personal name).
I've just successfully linked to another (personal) bank account, which I eventually want to make into the primary bank account so I can close the current bank account.
I clicked the button to submit the Direct Debit instructions on the new bank account application before realising it used my Trading Name as the bank account name!
I guess that DD is not going to be authorized by the bank.
My question is this - does PP now require that the name of the bank be the same as the name of the Paypal account? If so that's going to **bleep** things up a bit. I don't want the hassel of opening a business bank account just to link it to my PP account!
