When I go to resolve a problem in the resolution area it asks me to provide proof of address etc with a button saying provide but I don't have the information it is asking for. What can I do to resolve this so my account is not limited anymore?

Hi Karlos2,

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

From your messages, it sounds like your account has been limited. When an account is limited, this can be due to security reasons or to request additional information https://goo.gl/qz9YS6. Generally, the relevant team always lists the steps to remove the limitation in the Resolution Centre.  We need to be able to verify each customer and this is done by providing a photo ID and proof of address. If you are unable to provide this information you will need to contact Customer Services to see if an alternative document can be submitted.

I would suggest contacting us via Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK/, Twitter - @AskPayPal, email or phone and we would be happy to advise.
