Hello, I am not sure what is the right place to asking this, I am sorry for that. My account access is now limited. I have $129 on my paypal account. How can i use it? NB: My account is not possible to get back. Please help experts.
I guess your options are either work with PayPal to lift the limitation or take a legal route. When my account got limited, I have followed the steps in Resolution Center page (provide proof of address, proof of shipping etc.) and then followed up with PayPal customer care to lift the limitation.
