Account limitation

Hi i thought I could open a PayPal with a nik name I.D I did t realise I couldn't so my account is now limited I have contacted pay pal with photo I.d for a full name change through my account but had no response how long can this take ? can this be done ? Also can you have two pay pal accounts ? Many thanks

I can never understand why you would think it was ok to open a financial legal account with a nickname !!! Would you open a bank account with a nickname as well?

You can only have 2 paypal accounts if one is personal and the other one business.

If you have 2 of the same kind you risk both being limited.

How long they take to do your name change is up to how busy they are and when they get around to it.
