Account limitation issue sorted.

After a good few hours on hold and getting nowhere, I followed advice given by @kernowlass on the issue, used the word 'agent' when asked by the computer why I was calling, and after another 35 minutes on hold, I FINALLY got through to someone.

 

10 minutes later and my problem was resolved and my account fully restored. Its worth the patience folks, the issue can be sorted.
