Account limitation again in one year

Hello everyone , 

So my problem is: today i received account limitation warning . I already solved one this year in january . I provided all information and everything goes ok and fast . 

This time not . When i trying to click "resolve" in resolution center every point is already complete!

I can't click on nothing i can't upload any photo and as you can see there is still "More account information required" even if everything complete and i already send them personal photos of id etc. this year. 

I already tried send paypal email but what i got was only auto-response and im not to much in to calling because my english isn't very good yet.

What should i do ? Any ideas?

 have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Dear sir. Once again you are letting the UK Customer Down,I refer to Verification,I refer to The Money Laundering Regulations, it is for PayPal NOT the Customer to verify their bank account Details,let me refer to That money Laundering Regulations,CDD.There are NO withdrawl limits to a Bank Account,Before that bank account is Verified by PayPal,Not the customer,If PayPal are unable to verify that customers Bank Account,then that account MUST be Closed down. I had this problem in 2007 over Verification,so Why is PayPal still allowed to ask its Users to Verify their bank account details,by PayPal placing 2 small amounts into their bank account,that is Illegal under the money laundering regulations. That is a Fact.
