Dear All,
My account was wrongfully suspened as I was told the account was linked to fraudlent email that was register to my address. I was told to upload my proof of ID etc which I did. However, nothing was done until I called them to find out the reason for the decision. The customer support asisstant was not ready to help, this person to me to report issue to police and email them the report.
Dear All, I have the following questions
1. Is Paypal as a business suffering from God complex?
2. Are the staff who are involved in decision making are not capable of personal judgement using God giving moral instinc and duty. Th lady I spoke to 08/09/2015 at customer support told me to take my business else and get loss, just like the others spoke to about the same issue.
The experience is outrageous and unacceptable as we as a customer deserved respect from this company.
