I have been trying to lift the limit on my account since March 12th and have submitted all the documents several times and I keep getting a request to provide proof of identity - how many time do I need to do this???? My ebay fees have been refused twice now so they have limited my selling account. I have plenty of money in paypal but cannot access it.
This is rediculous I am currently on hold to paypal on the phone for over 50 minutes - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Unfortunately I can't help you out specifically, but I do share your utter frustration with Paypal. They take a wopping 3.5% of your earnings and yet give so little.
Try another service. If you take overseas payments, TransferWise only charge 0.5% and everything has been seamless for me (so far anyway).
