issue in API credential request

Hello.
I have an issue that block me from getting API credentials.
After the login, I go to "Profile" => "profile and settings" ( https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/settings/ )
- select "My selling tools" and then "API Access"
- Now I'm on https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/mytools/apiaccess ; click on "Request API credentials"
If I do so, I get a long wait and an "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" browser error.
And I have get if for five days, using different PCs, browsers and connectivity, deleting cookies, empty cash etc ...

Can you try logging into the PayPal account, once logged in click this link

This is a direct link to the request API creds page, the 302 error is most likely due to an issue on our side, I'll raise a report on our side to see if the network guys can take a look.

Your link brings me to https://www.paypal.com/webapps/authmessaging/authflow?execution=e3s1 with a "security check" error.
Being my Paypal account registerd in Slovenija, I tried to modify your link as follow:
https://www.paypal.com/si/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-api-add-direct-access-show
but get same error...

Ah yea, sorry should have mentioned, there would be a authorization check when accessing the API creds, it should be asking weather to send an SMS or call you to verify who you are.
Do you have a verified phone number on the account and is the account email address confirmed?

but still have the problem
