API not working

Hi,

I have integrated NVP/SOAP Api to my store, but after checkout when customer logins to paypal for payment he only sees a button - Return to Merchant

and after he clicks on this button his purchase gets failed

Seems to be working just fine for me:

After Log in to Paypal it is showing "Return to Merchant", can you please login and check is it working, Just Don't make purchase

Still good here.  It's giving me the option to choose my funding source and continue.  Have you tried a different browser?  Sounds like you could have cookie/cache problems.

I got mail from Technical team and here is what they have written - 

"You're getting this error because PayPal doesn't allow Indian Merchant to accept money from Indian Customer via PayPal due to Indian Government regulation"
