I have been a paypal member for several years and only recently decided to start a business doing something I love and have loved for as long as I can remember. I have a passion for animals in general and a very strong bond with dogs. I am after several years in the Information Technology business moving to a rewarding endeavor in working with people and animals. I'd like to hear from everyone hear at PayPal about your experiences and wants and needs for the animals in your life. My goal is to grow a business with PayPal playing a huge role in making it easy for people to participate. My new endeavor is called the Fun With Animals Project. My question as a new business account on PayPal is are there PayPal fees for using Balance Manager to transfer money from my bank account to PayPal?
