No help from even a supervisor very frustrated I don't think there can be any resolution to customer problems if no one can have authorization to release funds once all criteria has been meet

Hi Merny,

 

I'm sorry to hear your funds are still on hold after all criteria has been met. It sounds like this may be an internal issue, and I would advise reaching out to us again so that we can ensure it's escalated for review if it still hasn't been released.
