We are using https://creator.line.me/ to sell stickers. And they only use PAYPAL to receive payment.
Under PayPal Information,
there are only 3 information needed:
Account Holder (Last) :
Account Holder (First) :
PayPal Account (Email Address) :
Prior key in the information, it stated "You cannot use the account entered"
We have checked with Line App, they stated only PayPal Premier or PayPal Business Accounts can be used.
Ours are Business Account which had verified.
They asked us to check with PayPal for this issue.
