Since the last month i am trying to getting my API credentials for integrating paypal payment option on my website, but because of some technical error on paypal website i can not see my API credentials and because of this me and my large number of customers are in trouble.
when i trying to see my api credentials erorr apears as follows:

i have called so many times at paypal and reprentatives are transfering my call to each another but no one can help me. many times i have sent a mail to paypal for this problem but on the mail they are saying call to paypal. no one can help me. i am tired now.
