We work from our Invoice IDs exclusively in our webstore, and having that ID to copy/paste into our admin to look up an order is crucial to speed and efficiency when dealing with the plethora of PayPal hacked-account fraud. Emails coming from PayPal about unauth disputes, do not include this crucial piece of information! This forces our staff to login to the horribly slow-to-respond PayPal merchant terminal, go to the resolutions section, and paste the PP-D-id, and then wait more for it to show a result, then click on that, and wait further for a view of the dispute, just so they can reach the Invoice ID. On top of this, the merchant terminal continually kicks everyone out if they are doing something else for a few minutes. So, PLEASE... add "Invoice ID" to the following kinds of emails (subjects matching): "PayPal case PP-D-*" "Case update: PP-D-*" These already have the Invoice ID (subjects matching): "New message received - New Case ID #PP-D-*" "Case #ID-PP-D-* has been closed" "Case #ID-PP-D-* has been automatically closed"
