Fix this: [ERROR 10548] - The merchant's account is not able to process transactions

I'm currently on the phone with support, and have been for 1 hour and 43 minutes...

 

70% of that time is time spent on hold. I have people waiting to pay us, and nothing works. I've been to merchant services, re-routed to paypal proper, and who knows where I was routed this time.

 

Serious issue that has been reported more than once and needs fixed. Costing me hundreds - possibly even thousands - in MRR at this point.
