Abbreviations, Buttons, Shipping

I'm new to PayPal and trying to get my business set up to receive payments through PayPal. I built my company website 10 years ago and it has served me well. Now I'm trying to set up PayPal and I feel like you really don't want me here. I see abbreviations and or acronyms like "Sandbox", "REST AIP's", "NVP/SOAP API's", "SDKs" etc. Can you not afford to spell out the whole word or frase for those of us who don't know what they mean?

You've made it VERY difficult or even impossible to find and set up buttons such as "CheckOut" or "View Cart", for example I somehow dug deep enough to find a code set for a "View Cart" button, when I loaded it onto my web store page it showed as a "View Cart" button but brought me to a page that says "Your Cart is Empty" even when there were items in it.

Shipping: Now there's a subject I could write a book on. Seems impossible to set up. I can't find a place to enter weights for my 14 products. Then, I don't see a place that will calculate every combonation of possibleproducts that might ship to any zone and any address in the USA. I think the system is terrible and completely un-intuitive.

There should at least be an option for me to add the shipping cost before the customers funds are received. The 15% thing is ridiculous, Say my customer orders a quart of wax for $17.95 and he /she lives 5 zones away - you think UPS is going to ship it for $2.69? NOT! Frustrated-need HEEELLLP!
