Status of desputes

Hello I’m having problems with PayPal disputes I have opened up they made a decision on the sellers favor I know bc I seen it on the headquarters site I’m asking for a partial refund from the sellers and they are giving me the runaround I spoke to a manager named rick in the specialist dept he didn’t even help me with my dilemma and three of the reps in the specialist dept I spoke with were super rude novi Jen and chole their names were in medically partially disabled I have respiratory problems and I had to scream at the top of my lungs which I should not be doing I told rick I have the right to appeal my case and he’s like no once the decision is made o cannot I was threatened hung up on and just treated like dirt and I’m a loyal paying customer please help me
