Ive been struggeling with paypal for over 3 weeks now to refund funds back into my credit card. After a seller on ebay cancelled the order and issued me with a refund. The refund came in two parts. One part cleared back into my account which was for the item itself. The second part which was the shipping company i never received. Paypal sent me an email saying that the amount was going to be refunded but ive never seen that amount back into my account. Ive contacted paypal customer services endlessly and everytime its said they will sort it out igs been a technical issue. Im kind of thinking ill never see those funds again. Ive gone down all avenues. Ebay, shipping company and paypal itself and i cant seem to have my money paid back to me. HELP???
