Feature request: Make it possible to remove "retrying" IPN requests, for debugging

During debug in Sandbox the following situation appears:

Because of errors in my debugged code, retrying IPN requests accumulate.

I want IPN to work predictably at easy predictable times. Because of this I do NOT want these accumulated IPNs to contact my server.

Thus I need (to ease debugging) to remove these IPNs so that they won't happen in the future.

Please add the feature to remove retrying IPN requests, because I want them not to happen unexpectedly during debugging.

@porton1 - thanks for this, actually pretty good idea. Let me open a req with the product owners on our side and see if this is something they can get done in the future. Thanks again.
