When ever I try to add my debit card it always tells me that before I can add this credit card to another account, you must contact the PayPal Credit Card Team at cardproblems@paypal.com. I don't understand that.
Unless something has recently changed, the same credit card cannot be linked to more than one PayPal account. Did you send an email to cardproblems@paypal.com? If yes, what was the reply?
You may want to call PayPal... login to your PayPal account and click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page... there you will find contact instructions and the PayPal phone number for your account.
