I have sent PayPal my shipping details and tracking number

I have been waiting 3 full days for them to send me my confirmation.

How much longer will i have to wait for them to confirm the payment from the buyer?

 or am i being scammed by the buyer?

Was this on ebay? Was this a transaction from craigslist?  It is normal for craigslist sellers to fall for a scam where you must provide shipping details prior to the amount showing in your PayPal account.
