Ok i closed my paypal account because it wouldn't link to ebay, so then i go on and try to create another one but it tells me that my email is being used still, so then i create a new paypal and its able to link to ebay but i wanted to swap emails. and all it ended up doing was giving me the same message.
The email address you submitted is already registered with another PayPal account. If you own that account, login to perform transactions. Otherwise, please enter a different email address.
and paypal customer support isn't really a help at this point since i've already tried.
