i sold an item ,then i mailed it to a wrong person buyer recieved a wrong item from me and wanted 3 times cost of shipping to sent it back to me after have trouble getting his item back to send to him i sent buyer a full refund and told him he could keep mistaken item mailed to him all with in about 2 weeks or less he left neg feed back how can i get it removed from my feed back
