i won 2 items last week and its saying my money is unclaimed. ive never had this happen before. do they usually fix the problem, claim the money and ship my items promptly or is this a bad thing??
Most likely the funds were sent to an old email address.
If the payment was sent to an email address that is not registered then the sender can cancel it from the transaction details otherwise, if the transaction remains unclaimed for 30 days, it will be returned to the sender.
thanks for your info, i did contact the seller and she said she didnt realize she had to confirm her email address, so the payment is now accepted and hopefully i will recieve my items shortly! thanks much:)
