i sent someone money using the gift option. the recipient says he has no email saying i sent it and the status on my account says unclaimed....... what in the world does that mean and what needs to happen
If the payment was sent to an email address that is not registered then the sender can cancel it from the transaction details otherwise, if the transaction remains unclaimed for 30 days, it will be returned to the sender.
I have similar...and I noticed the email address is wrong. Is there a way to "edit" or does it have to be cancelled and re-issued?
