the 'contact us' phone number link isn't working

the contact us phone number link isn't working, the email link doesn't appear to be working & they don't appear to be crediting bank transfers that were initiated over 7 business days ago (and have cleared my bank over 7 business days ago).  Is something going on with paypal?  Are they doing software upgrades again that has their system down again?

Frustrating, isn't it?

You'd think with all the money they're sucking out of people that they could hire a programmer to make their bloody site work properly.
