shipping label refund after 48 hours HELP!!

I printed a label for shipment 12 days ago and the lady told me she didn't want the item after all so I have a label I need to void and get my refund back. Paypal says up to 48 hours. It's been longer than that. How do I get my refund?

Really?? The post office told me it was and to contact paypal They knew it was 12 days ago too.. hmmmm this **bleep**, maybe I won't print shipping labels anymore from paypal..

Try calling PayPal... login to your PayPal account and click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page... there you will find contact instructions and the PayPal phone number for your account.
Let us know what they say.

2/26 for $14.96.
If we approve the credit, it will post to your account after 21 calendar
days (from the date the label was created) for Parcel Post and Media
Mail, and after 15 days for all other USPS mail service, and only if the
label was not used.
