I guess I'm sort of stuck. Pay pal is only giving one option to ship out my sold item, which I already did not using pay pal. How do I tell Pay Pal this is done, and I absolutely agree with this 21 day hold your money bull**bleep**, nice interest on the float papal

You need a tracking number, else wait for the buyer to respond.   This is explained in the Policy.
