i purchased something on ebay. $500 product. item never came. customer claims it got lost and sent back. well i started a dispute. now he wanted me to end the dispute so he could resend it. if you end a dispute it cannot be reopened. worried i might get scamed, i ask the guy what else we could do? he refunded my money and told me to resend it via paypal. now if i do that and he doesnt send my item can i open a dispute on that?
