If I sell a large piece of furniture, for local pick up only, what proof of pick up do I need to receive to satisfy the ebay/pay pal seller protection requirements?
What form of proof do I need if the buyer picks up the piece on his own or if he hires a shipping company to pick up the piece for him?
Should I just make out my own receipt to by signed by either the driver or buyer? If it is a driver, what do I need to prove that the driver was indeed hired by the buyer to pick the piece up?
many thanks in advance to anyone who might offer a response to this question.

Suggest reading the Protection for Sellers in the PayPal User Agreement. One thing that is clear, if you deliver the item in person, you are not covered. The rest is up to interpretation.
