Does pay pal ever ask for a tracking # of an item being payed for with pay pal before they credit the funds to an acct?
The only scammers you have to worry about is PayPal. PayPal "IS" the scam.
Don't use them..... ever. They could care less about your funds, your money, your transactions, etc..... they just care about Paypal
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
