My ebay account was hacked and I was charged seller fees for items that I did not sell nor did I get the money for. They took two payments from my account. One was for 148.00 and the other was for 170.48. I got the refund of 128 but still have not seen the refund for the other. Ebay and paypal both say the money has been refunded but I would like to know where it has went or how to get it. The real problem is that the money was not in my paypal account but in my bank account and it has not been returned to paypal or my bank. Can someone help me figure out what is going on and how to get the rest of my money?
