received email stating a charge was attempted but failed

I did not authorize the charge and how do i stop it from being re-submitted? It shouldn't have failed but I'm glad it did.

 

Any help is appreciated!

Changing the debit/credit card and/or your Bank Account, then edit your PayPal Account with the New Numbers. This shall put an end to your misgivings. Respectfully, Have a great day.
