If you think you’ve received a suspicious email or have been directed to a fake website, forward it to email@example.com and we’ll investigate it for you. After you send us the email, delete it from your inbox. If you clicked on any links or downloaded any attachments within the suspicious email or website, log into your account and view your transactions. It’s also a good idea to change your password.
Two days ago, a customer tried to pay me for an item via credit card. I did not know that I had to have a business account to be able to accept this type of payment. I then upgraded my paypal account to a business account. My customer does not want to send the payment through again for fear of having a double charge. She says all she sees on her end is a one dollar pending transaction on her credit card. Does anyone know if this charge will go through now that I have upgraded after she attempted the purchase.
