Paypal shipping is not working again. Every 4 or 5 trys it works. The other times I get a message Please try again later. I have packages to ship and this is realy slowing me down. Is this Paypal or the Posr office fault?

At least you're getting it to work every four or five tries. I'm working on close to 2 1/2 hours and I've completed 5 labels. Ridiculous.
