To transfer funds from your PayPal account balance to your bank account, login to your PayPal account and click on the "Withdraw" tab. It will take 3-4 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.
If you are a new seller, the funds might be on a 21 day hold. If that's the case, it will say "pending" beside the payment.
If so, you'll get the money when the buyer leaves positive feedback, the delivery confirmation shows the item has been delivered or 21 days have passed without complaint by the buyer.
You still have to ship the item within 7 days, though.
