I am borrowing my sister account to post this message. I was trying to pay something in ebay and paypal is not recognizing my account. I just bought something in January, so I know its a working account. I tried to select the forget password, that didnt work. I tried to enter the different method (name, zip,etc) of retrieving the userid but its not recognizing my account. I am 100% sure of the email address. I can look up on ebay and see the address is link. What Should I do next? HELP
