payment pending even though order did not go through

I attempted to make a purchase from walgreens with my paypal account.

After submitting my paypal info, there was an error on the walgreen site and the transaction was not completed (i.e. the order was never finalized and submitted).  The order does not show up in my order history.

However now I have a pending charge from Walgreens on my paypal account.  How do I get this reversed?
