hi i am new to paypal. i dont buy from ebay or anyone else often. i should be getting a refund from a purchase i did make on ebay. how do i know if i will get it or where it will go. i did use my bank (debit card) thanks.
Refunds are credited to the original funding source. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that credit card.
