Ok so the account is for a non-profit and the bank account is set up and linked.
Our treasurer went in and entered the non-profit credit card # to lift the account limit of $500 so we can transfer our $ into the checking account, but it wouldn't accept the credit card.
I just went in and entered my personal credit card, and got a message that it was already in use (I'm assuming for my personal pay pal account.) So, I then enter my second credit card and I keep getting an error message that it's invalid.
What gives? How can I lift the limit and why doesn't pay pal allow non-profits to use the non-profit credit card?
Very frustrated.
