Why am I getting this message on itunes? "your las paypal transaction was declined because some action is required by you regarding your paypal account" I log in to the site but I don't see anything telling me that I should do something. Please Help!
Come on PayPal, this issue has been around as early as November, but no solution?
Get on the phone with Apple and figure out who spilled coffee on what. In the alternative, I can go buy that Android phone I've been drooling over and get my music without PayPal or iTunes.
