lets say someone wants to send me money outside of Ebay. How do I send them the PayPal link so that they can make the transaction? Do I have a PayPal email accnt that will link them?
First option, simply provide the same email address you use to login to your PayPal Account. Assuming the other person has a PayPal Account, they can use the send money feature. This feature works by having the receiver's email address. Then they can send you money.
Second option, you can use the request money feature or Invoice Tool from within your PayPal Account to send the other person a money request.
