cant pay for the item with my gift cards, though I am certain that it has full balance!

I cant pay for my item because it said the incentive code is wrong . I am certain that the balance is full because I bought it this morning. It wont work and only accepts one card.... whther it is the 50$ one or 25$ one! HELP!

I think the eBay seller use Auctiva (www.auctiva.com) checkout method so you can't use the gift card, ask him for more information!
