cant change name on cust cc statement

Like the previous poster, I am trying to change the name that appears on customer credit card statements. DON'T tell me to go to my Profile, then choose Payment Receiving Preferences and scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter the name I want to appear in the box. I DID THAT. It does NOT WORK. Every time I have tried it, I get the error message "You have entered an invalid Credit Card Statement Name. Please try again or hit Cancel..." PLEASE help resolve this issue.

Sorry but, it really does work.   Why you are having an issue, we as forum members don't know.

Don't complain to us, open a Support Ticket here and ask the Techs to look at your account.  As forum members, we can't look at your account.
