I purchased an item that was never sent due to some reported hijacking of the sellers account in Oct. The transaction shows the return of funds Nov. 20th \, but my bank account shows no credit returned. The only statement of a return is on the original Paypal statement .( on the same date of purchase) My bank statement shows only a purchase date Oct19th. Trying to contact payoal and get this answer is impossible. Please help if you can. Thanks, john
