anything i can do its been 5 months and still have not received item

i orderd a decal on e-bay oct 9,09 never received it.  I e-mailed the seller with no response, it wasnt a costly amount so i just waited but i think its unfair to sell get my money and not send an item i would like to do somthing what can i do?

Not after 5 months.   Normally you have 45 days to open a dispute.  This is all explained in the User Agreement.

ALWAYS watch your dates!!!!  If an auction hits day 40 -file a dispute or if it goes past day 45 there will be nothing you can do and you will be out the money and the item.
